Since I have not read this yet, my review is supposition. I expect to enjoy this novel as much as others. One about a woman of the Bible is surely to be good.

A must have it in your collection-book.
I try to collect all the books of this Christian author, Ellen G. Traylor. She gives the old legendary stories of the bible new live. Behind every person is a real life story like we all have. We all have relation ships, jobs to do, we have to eat and to sleep. We have trouble with neighbors and friends, so did they. Like Esther we live in a political world. Sometimes we have to smile and wave, sometimes we have to stand up for what we believe. The Jews in gentile tried to make a living and to hold on to their faith. Not everybody was firm in that faith. Mordechai was lacking in it till his step daughter was kidnapped for the king. The author gave us a look behind the curtains how live was/is in a harem. How cruel! But Esther was blessed by God for a good reason; to save her nation. He gave her courage and she triumphed.
