For a concise foundation text book, this is hard to beat. With so much material to cover, the paralegal benefits immeditely from the acronyms this book summarizes by subject of legislation, in an easily referenced fashion. The case discussions were chosen to save time, and though perhaps a little simple, still worthwhile for a quick way to get up to speed on a rapidly developing field.
