In case, however, of any perplexity, the simple and direct method of solution based on the funda mental equations can be employed to remove it. By using three-place natural functions, a rough approximation can be made, which will show the general shape of the required triangle, and, except in extreme cases, give the values of the required parts within a fraction of a degree.
