Seller's Description:
Good. Book Two volumes bound in one. Good. Quarter-bound in black leather over black cloth boards, with rubs/scuffs to the leather. Marbled endpages. Two previous owner names at the front. This appears to be an early photocopy of the original, with some of the plates quite faint. More attention was paid to reproducing the maps, including the fold-outs, which are reasonably sharp and clearly hand-colored, though with old tape attached. The last of the 13 fold-outs is truncated at the fold and has not been colored. Binding is sound. 500 pages.
