The text of this edition is the first and only previous edition, printed in Paris in 1896. Printed at Francisco A. Colombo Press, Buenos Aires, under the direction of Antonio Lopez Llausás, with an engraving in Collotype. Lucio Victorio Mansilla (1831-1913 ) was an Argentine General, writer, and diplomat.
