He is now forced to fight what he considers his greatest battle and wins his greatest victory. Alcoholism leads him to go out of his mind, being diagnosed as schizophrenic. Medication generated another kind of illnesses to the point of not being able to work or to function normally. He finally finds the solution to his alcoholism through spiritual help and later the solution to all his physical and mental illnesses. Since then, he has become a specialist and conference speaker on oxidation, cellular nutrition, and degenerative disease. In the same way, he also shares his spiritual experiences and principles with other alcoholics from Mexico and USA. The author tells us how after suffering this illness, he was not only able to return to a productive life, but he participated in a boxing championship at the age of 50.
