Driving In the Rain 3 AM: Songs to Get Lost With is a compilation of like-minded rock tunes -- most a little melancholy -- touched by psychedelic pop and not-quite-alternative country, but close. There's downtempo folk (Kevin Kane's "Confidential"), jazzy guitar ("Technicolor Shadows"), and -- probably the highlight of the whole record -- Ralph's unique country-meets-wandering-beat tunes "Early Morning Cold Tax,i" and "Goodbye Jack.
