I very much enjoyed this book. There was so much information and its not a hard read. After reading the book, i was convinced that not wearing a bra was a good choice for me. I have already let a good friend borrow the book, and she told me she that it is such an interesting subject. Read this book!!!! The authors are not saying to you that you shouldnt wear bras, they are just giving you the information that they have gathered. From there, you make the decision that is right for you.
