Good. 342 pages in blue cloth with gilt titling. no dust jacket. no names or marks. spine is square. very minor loss of gilding on spine title. cover title is bright and intact. the first and last few pages are missing small pieces in the margins (presumably a result of uncut pages being opened somewhat carelessly). the losses do not impinge on the text. the binding is slightly shaken with the rear hinge starting. the cover cloth has a few spots of very light staining and minor discoloration. despite flaws this remains a nice copy, attrractive on the shelf, pleasant to hold and read. First Edition. Year: 1927.
