Necessary Part of the Dark Hunter World
Kenyon's novella Dragonswan is less than 100 pages, but it is important in understanding the interrelationships between two of the groups who populate her Dark Hunter world: the Arcadians and the Katagaria. Dragonswan is the tale of Channon MacRea and Sebastian Kattalakis, their meeting and subsequent mating. There's time travel, shape shifting, and a love story - what else could you want? This one is probably best read before Night Play, which is a further story of the Katagaria. It's a quick read, but central to understanding the series.
