The music is drawn from Switched on Swing, much of which actually predates Reynolds somewhat, as medleys primarily consisting of 1930s and '40s swing tunes, starting with "In the Mood," play in the background. "I tried all the other exercise albums and found them too fast and difficult for me," she writes in a sleeve note. This one may not be too fast, since even at the quickest tempos the music remains in a swing groove. But, without the visual example provided by the video, it may be a bit more difficult to follow the movements.
