I have eaten at Dinosaur Bar-B-Que a few times and absolutely loved it, so I had to have the recipes. Most of the items are in here, and if you follow them, taste just like the restaurants. They were voted best BBQ in the country, so how can you go wrong.

For a cookbook there was too much extraneous verbage. I like only recipes, but others may appreciate the history behind Dinosaur Bar-B-Que.
