A beautifully crafted book!
Everyone with an interest in processing images (and even those who aren't) should read this book. It simply is the best-written and most attractive book in this area in the marketplace. The author is obviously a gifted teacher, because he leads you intuitively into the material and you learn almost effortlessly.
I cannot praise this book too highly. It is destined to become a standard.
