In return, I shred their mail, dig up the flowers and bark at everything, especially cats, pigeons and ghosts. I'm Head of Security for the house, so it's my job to keep the place safe, so I have to keep my eyes and ears open at all times (unless I'm upside down asleep, which is a lot). I don't trust our postman. He keeps pushing random bits of paper through our letterbox, none of which I've asked for. It takes me ages to open everything to make sure it's safe for Mum and Dad.
