French description: La publication du deuxieme Quodlibet du franciscain Richard de Mediavilla (vers 1248-vers 1300) s'imposait, en raison de l'interet de ces textes et des circonstances precises leur redaction. Ce deuxieme Quodlibet, le plus long, compose de trente-et-une questions, est d'une richesse et d'une variete certaines. La date de 1296 y est confirmee par le contexte des questions 29 et 30. Trois themes semblent dominer: la categorie de quantite, en liaison avec la question eucharistique (3, 14 et 15), la gradation des formes (questions 3 et 4) avec un approfondissement du Principe Pur Possible et la liberte christique (7, 8, 10 et 21). Les questions sociales sur les rentes et l'impot (23 et 30) sont tres longuement developpees. On trouvera en outre des reflexions aigues sur le droit. Les questions naturelles, notamment sur les aliments et sur l'influence de la taille sur l'intellect offrent des perspectives assez inattendues. L'editeur utilise les memes manuscrits que pour le Premier Quodlibet, qui manifestent ici encore plus nettement l'insuffisance de l'edition incunable, particulierement dans la question 10, avec la confusion entre sustentare et substantificare.
