All of these books by Robin Page represent historically accurate, exciting fiction. Every book focuses on a particular historical character, in this case Rudyard Kipling, and the character is so well blended into the story to add interest, charm and puzzling outcomes. Lord Charles and Lady Ardleigh are well ahead of their time and the science that's just coming to the fore.
