Pretty much all Koontz books are thrilling/chilling -- but do they do much more for you than thrill or chill? I don't think so. Still, I ate 'em up when I was in high school. I guess if that's all you're looking for, then you'll like these a lot.

Terrific book
That is, it would be terrific if I were able to read the fine print. I should have realized the print would have to be tiny, given there are three novels in one book. I give it 5 stars anyway, since I am sure anyone who is able to read it, will love it. As for recommending it to a friend, I definitely would if they had 20-20 vision or had a pair of magnifying glasses from the drugstore.
