I found this a very informative book, showing a side of the relationship between science and Christianity that is often ignored. It also gave an interesting overview of the history of evolutionary theory and the rise of creationism in the 20th century. As the title suggests, the book concentrates on those Christians who were sympathetic to Darwin's ideas, but acknowledges that that is not the whole picture. However, many would be surprised to read of the meeting of minds that existed between Christians and scientists at the time.
