This goes much deeper than 5G which ironically uses the same millimeter wave signal as non-lethal microwave pain compliance weapons that can be plausibly denied leaving little mark or trace. Stephen Watson has since moved to Los Angeles and gets directed energy attacks while in the car. He speculates the directed energy devices are places around major cities to guard critical infrastructure and abused against guinea pig citizens like himself and his mother who is targeted family.
