I found the book to be insightful and scholarly in content. I would have liked to have seen better whole world maps. The artwork was excellent. The book was an excellent read because it allowed the mind to conjure up stories while keeping the reader enclosed on the path of the authors story line.
This book would be most useful to a reader who is most concerned with the history of the age portrayed rather than the casual reader of fantasy tombs.
