I can't say enough about this book. More Christians need to read this. It may be written for the counselor but all Christians should read this. Jay Adams shows something that few Christian teachers and preachers seem to be aware of. That is, the problems we have in our personal lives regarding our physical or mental health is the result of our sin. This is not revolutionary but it is truth non-the-less. It is a shame that too few Christians understand what Jay Adams makes plain in this book. This is a great read.
