I WAS EXCITED ABOUT DISCOVERING THIS SERIES BUT I COULD'NT GET PAST THE THIRD CHAPTER. WHEN I'M READING A BOOK ABOUT MILITARY HISTORY I DON'T WANT TO SEE TOO MUCH ABOUT BALLROOMS AND THE REFLECTION OF THE CANDLELITE IN THE HAIR OF THE HERO'S GIRLFRIEND. I WANT BLOOD AND GUTS INTERSPERSED WITH ACTUAL HISTORY. I DONATED BOTH OF THE BOOKS I ORDERED TO THE LOCAL LIBRARY THE DAY AFTER I GOT THEM.
