Near Fine in Very Good dust jacket. Presentation copy: "To: Mac Coffman From: W. C. Lambert 29 Oct 1975." (Signed on the half-title page). Signature of Lambert's friend "Flying Officer J. H. Southey 24th Squadron R. A. F. 1918" is tipped to the front fly-leaf. Foreword by Air Vice Marshall Raymond Collishaw. Illustrated with black-and-white photographs and a double-page map. The dust jacket is protected by a Brodart mylar cover and is not price clipped. Not an ex-library copy. No remainder marks. Most books shipped within 24 hours. All books mailed with Delivery Confirmation. The dust jacket has two closed tears at the top of the rear cover. Near fine condition in very good dust jacket.
