From the Introduction: This study was undertaken for the purpose of establishing conodont faunal zones, correlating measured sections, and describing the conodont taxa of Chester through Derry age rocks in southern Nevada. Eleven stratigraphic sections were designated and given names derived from nearby geographic features.
