I5th, 1782, pp. 3-10 Epistle (in verse), pp. 11-18. This Epistle first appeared in the Public Advertiser in 3 parts. Pt I. Was published on Mar. 23, Pt. II. On Mar. 29, and Pt. III. On Mar. 30, 1782. It is written in the Rowleian dialect. Its authorship has been attributed to Mason [gent. Mag., vol. 1xxxvi., pt. 1 pp. 489, but it is more probable that it was written by John Baynes, a barrister, although he disclaimed it. It was reviewed in the Monthly Review, vol.
