b&w, colour illustrations. pp. xxx, 152. Royal 8vo. Bound in original faux half vellum & encased in double slipcases. Engraved title page designed and engraved by J. S. King, with his signature in pencil to lower right of plate mark. The book is in extraordinarily nice condition-almost as new-no visible flaws. The inner slipcase shows wear and a former owner has taped the top edge which is beginning to crack. The outer slipcase also shows wear, but is in better condition. This edition was limited to 493 copies, printed only for members of the Society.
