Inter confitendum Titius dicit se recenter junctum fuisse matrimonio cum Bertha protestantica coram registrario civili, ad tale facinus adactum propter difficultatem a parocho obtinendi dispensationem a matrimonio mixto. Caius recordatur casum esse ex iis quos Episcopus sibi reservat, quomodo autem sit procedendum nescit.
