Do facial exercises work? I've seen Carol Maggio on the local news giving classes and showing students who claim it works. So I thought I would try it. Some of the exercises actually do work a bit - it's not plastic surgery but it makes you aware of the muscles and you can see some movement.
As with any exercise program - practice makes perfect and you have to commit to a schedule, but they are pretty easy to do before you go to bed.
The pictures and descriptions are very easy to follow.
