This book was reccommended to me by a friend. I've been tyring to make lyfestyle changes for me and my family. When I told her I'd been doing foot massage on the kids she told me about this book. There are many great suggestions and ideas for relaxing, qualtiy positive grounding and calming techniques. Reminding me of the quality of music and need for quiet time was helpful. Our household, like many is very noisy and chaotic due to the amount of people. The book is very insightful. I highly recommend it. I am on this website to order my own copy and return my library copy. Ther book also offers resources and I am about to purchases a few of the recommended reading ones.
