Every minute listening to Burlap to Cashmere is spent in the warmth of their alt-folk sunshine. Having cultivated the scene now occupied by Fleet Foxes, Mumford & Sons, and others, BTC brought an imposing void to the hearts of acoustic alternative fans when they failed to put out an immediate follow-up to their acclaimed 1998 debut.
