Bunster
Bunster, an Easter Story is a cute and sweet little board book by Christine Hwang Panzer. Young readers will follow Bunster as he celebrates the Easter holiday going on a hunt for eggs. He meets unlikely friends along the way. I thought Bunsters little adventure was fun. It is really short with eye catching pictures. I can imagine a small one smiling and wanting to hear an adult read it to them over and over again. The size of the book is small enough for even the smallest of readers would be able to handle.
Bunster, an Easter Story is beautifully illustrated by the talented artist, the author herself, Christine Hwang Panzer. The pictures perfectly goes along with the story and helps it comes to life. They are wonderful to keep a young readers attention throughout.
Bunster, an Easter Story will be getting four and a half stars from me. Since smaller and independent readers would have a hard time reading the cursive writing and larger sized words, it would not be a good fit for them unless it was read to them out loud. It is, also, would be a great fit to read during the Easter holiday, as well as, any other time of year. I would be interested to see what other stories Christine Hwang Panzer will come up with next.
I received a hard cover copy of Bunster, an Easter Story from the publisher, but was not required to write a positive review. This review is one hundred percent my own honest opinion.
