First edition, first printing, the uncommon issue in full cloth and dust jacket, signed inscribed and dated by Richard Kostelanetz the compiler on the half title page. Publisher's cream cloth with green top stain as issued, foxing to the spine and outer page edges but no foxing internally. No markings apart from the editor's signature and inscription. Unclipped dust jacket shows the original price of $12.45, one tiny closed tear (less than 1/4 inch) to top of spine but no other chips nor tears, some soiling to jacket. An amazing collection of works that are by many visual artists such as Baldessari, Acconci, Antin, Rot, Smithson, Dan Graham as writers including William Burroughs, Richard Foreman, J. G.
