Then there is the drawing up Of the rules according to which the book trade generally shall be carried on, both with regard to the minimum discount that the bookseller is entitled to from the publisher, and the maximum discount that the bookseller is to accord to his customer. Thirdly, you have the Benevolent Society, for the benefit of the aged, the disabled, and also the widows and orphans of all who are connected with the book trade.
