This is an exceptional text. The book is extremely descriptive, a lexicon of knowledge on bolt action rifles, and most importantly, very readable. This text is used in one of my gunsmithing classes and is extremely easy to transfer the knowledge learned from the book to hands on experience. Highly recommended for gun lovers, gunsmiths in training, and practicing gunsmiths as a reference. This is a book I plan to keep on my reference shelf.
