Clay Figures a Detriment to Good Info
I found following the movements challenging to do while reading the text and simultaneously attempting to perform them, using the posed clay figures as my reference. Perhaps someone else would not have this difficulty, but personally, I'd have preferred a live model; meanwhile it is a valuable resource for Somatics, and it is just too bad Tom Hanna is no longer around to update his book.
