Body and Soul is Jon Gibson's most eclectic album, and quite probably his best. From the Beatlesque "Heart of Gold" to the world music of "Long Ago," Gibson diverged from his usual R&B and adult contemporary, which generally aped the trends of contemporary Christian radio.
