the book lets the reader know how to work thru various clinical encounter situations in neurology. Such as a patient in a coma, with weakness, or infections in the nervous system. Gives some details that are pimpable. It has really great charts, images and very useful key point boxes.
The beginning of the book discusses neuroanatomy and the neuro exam. I wish it went into more detail on the exam. and the book is too big to fit in our coat pockets, such a shame.
