Seller's Description:
Very Good. Book Book has some spotting on front cover as well as wear to upper right corner edge and back matching edge. Striking picture of Sunday as frontispiece, seated with hands folded, leaning forward. This the second book done by Frankenburg on Sunday. The earlier one was done in 1913, called "The Spectacular Career of Rev. Billy Sunday." The unique aspect of this biography is the blending of many newspaper accounts of the Sunday campaigns as well as several drawings taken from newspapers depicting the Sunday campaigns. Also, there is an extensive index at the back of the book listing the chapter titles and subtitle materials in each chapter. The pages of this choice volume are browing but it is ready to handle and puruse as a collector's treasure.
