IONA, Celtic Progressive Rock, Spiritual. All their CDs are great. This CD is thematic, depicting in music and song the life and spiritual journey and actual seafaring voyage of Celtic Saint Brendan. Joanne Hogg's vocals are beautiful, passoinate. The lyrics and imagery are pure mythopoetic. And the music is some of the best Prog Rock on planet Earth, led by multi-instrumentalist and band founder Dave Bainbridge, especially on electric guitar! Great CD.
