The good stuff first. Jameson Currier's story "Snow" is one of the classics of gay literature. It hasn't been recognized as such yet, but it should be. What happens when a young businessman hires a hustler to come to his hotel room, and a blizzard during the night forces the hustler--and the businessman--to stay on longer than either man had planned? Whatever you're thinking, the story is probably different. And it's rich in subtle psychological insight. On the other hand, the inclusion of a piece from Daniel Jaffe's "Limits of Pleasure" was not a good idea. That book, to the extent that it was rated, was over-rated. But sometimes one can forgive an anthology if it has only one good story. Maybe some story other than the Currier will work for you. Anthologies often try to please everyone, which means that there are only one or two stories that work for you. But better one or two than no stories.
