Three of my favorite book publishers are Hermes House, Storey and DK (Dorling Kindersley) Publishing. If a cookbook comes from any of these 3 publishers, I know that the book will be clear, complete and well-illustrated (usually in color).
As expected, this veggie cookbook is wonderful even if it is a bit on the small size (64 pages). I particularly liked that the dishes offered were whole foods with a variety of substitutions suggested. The only reason I gave a ?4 star? rating was because of the brevity ? there were 37 recipes.
