Grieving is a process. It never really stops, but as you journey through it, some advice from those who have gone before you is helpful. I have found "Being a Widow" by Lynn Caine to be a sensible, helpful tool to assist one through this painful process. The author has been there, and she uses, especially her mistakes, to advise and warn others of possible pitfalls. The reader will also find positive, uplifting counsel, helping one realize that, although you may never get over this loss, you will definitely regain your equilibrium, finding emotional stability and happiness once again.
