I was taken off guard by this book. The characters are interesting and the premise behind the book is a little "out there" but the intensity of the story really hits hard. I was uncomfortable at times and a little put off by some scenarios in the story but overall it was a good read. Just be prepared for an INTENSE relationship between the two main characters.

Really great read!
Okay, I have to confess that this book started an addiciton for me - I have read and re-read all of Ms. Mckenna's books. In this book she starts the 'McCloud Brothers" series which is now 6 books long. The suspense is tingly, the heroines are strong and they guys are defintely alpha male. Warning: the sex scenes are intense emotionally and physically and may not be for everyone. The people love hard and intensely and Ms McKenna lets them. The storyline begun here carries throughout the series - so I would read them order.
