This book, my fourth volume of collected poetry, suggests that our beginning is the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), as he opened our minds with his teachings and words, gave us the perfect code for existence - that being the religion of our divine Lord - and informed us of the purpose behind that same existence, to worship this same Lord. It also suggests that our end is the awaited saviour of our time, the grandson of this holy Prophet (pbuh) - Imam Mehdi (may the Lord hasten his reappearance), as he will remind us of this same message, reopen the minds that have been closed by centuries of disobedience to the Creator and disregard for humanity, and reignite the flame of belief in the purpose of our existence, that has become almost dormant since the time of his grandfather. Essentially, it suggests that our beginning, end, and everything in between, is the holy Prophet Muhammad and his glorious household (may peace and blessings be upon them all). This volume is another humble contribution in honour of the personalities, characters and lives of these historic figures, who gave all for the sake of the betterment of humanity.
