It's about time we get a book written about the Baptism in the Holy Spirit written by a contemporary Pentecostal theologian of good report and standing. Frank handles the topic well and with good consideration of what other theologians have had to say about the subject. You get a good rounded view of this topic and how it applies to today's church mission both within and without the body of Christ. It also covers its relationship to other key Christian doctrines. Its only downside is that it is written for those who already have allot of theological training. For your common lay minister or un-schooled Pastor this book will be hard sloggin. In some cases he can put two paragraphs worth of info into two sentences. Nevertheless, it is sound Pentecostal theology and worth the time to read it slowly and look up the terms you may not know.
