Even though, the subject requires a very strong mathematical foundation, wherever possible, rigorous mathematics is simplified for a quick understanding of the basic concepts. The book also includes select numerical problems to test the capability of the students. Time and frequency domain approaches for the analysis and design of linear automatic control systems have been explained using state-space and transfer function models of physical systems.
