Das Fusion Deposition Modeling (FDM) ist eine wichtige RP-Technik, die die schichtweise Abscheidung von extrudiertem Material verwendet, um die Herstellung von physischen Objekten aus CAD-Modellen zu steuern.Diese Arbeit konzentriert sich insbesondere auf zwei solcher Prozessparameter, n???mlich die Schichtdicke des abgeschiedenen Materials und die relative Dicke der Kohlenstofffaser (CF) im Verbundwerkstoff, von denen bekannt ist, dass sie die mechanischen und anderen physikalischen Eigenschaften von Produkten, die mit FDM hergestellt werden, wesentlich beeinflussen. Vier dieser Eigenschaften wurden in dieser Arbeit als Antwortvariablen betrachtet, n???mlich Zugfestigkeit, Biegefestigkeit, Schlagz???higkeit und H???rte des FDM-Teils. 36 verschiedene Proben wurden gem?????? ASTM-Normen f???r die Durchf???hrung von Zug-, Biege-, Schlag- und H???rtetests vorbereitet. Die Auswirkungen der Prozessparameter auf die mechanischen Eigenschaften wurden mit Hilfe der Varianzanalyse (ANOVA) Technik untersucht. Die Ergebnisse des Experiments zeigten, dass die Zugabe von CF als Polymilchs???ure (PLA)-Ersatz im Verbundwerkstoff die Zugfestigkeit im Vergleich zu reinem PLA erh???ht.
