The third season brings a third score release for the CW superhero series Arrow , which returns composer Blake Neely (Everwood, The Mentalist, Arrow spinoff The Flash). The series' urgent, orchestral, action-motivated fare relies heavily on strings, brass, and drums, but a track like the impulsive-seeming "Mean Streets of Hong Kong" has textured percussion and Eastern scales to vary the atmosphere.
