Acceptable to Good. No Dust Jacket. 4to-over 9¾"-12" tall. pp. 490. 490 pp. Tightly bound. Tips of corners lightly ding and worn. Text is free of markings. No ownership markings. No dust jacket. There are three old, faint moisture stains on the top fore-edge, being a minor cosmetic detraction. They are quite old and have no affect on the paper in the text. The interior of the book is quite nice and useful. Please consider this a good, reading / working copy. This copy is smyth sewn. Smyth sewing is a method of bookbinding where groups of folded pages (referred to as signatures) are stitched together using binder thread. Each folded signature is sewn together individually with multiple stitches and then joined with other signatures to create the complete book block. This is the traditional and best method of bookbinding.
