It provides broad coverage of antenna types and phenomena, for operations at very low radio frequencies, as well as frequencies up to those of submillimeter wavelengths. Most antenna textbooks are written for readers proficient with vector calculus and begin with the use of Maxwell's equations in the development of antenna theory.
